On this site two ladies who are very addicted to slash (and ain't looking for any damn detox!) recommend some of the most fabulous stories in a number of fandoms, primarily Supernatural, Harry Potter, Gundam Wing, Weiss Kreuz, Highlander: the Series, and a collection of Real People Slash (RPS). Most Recs on this site will be 'slash' yaoi,' and 'shonen-ai' fanfic, as you might assume based upon the name! ;) 'Slash' is the common term for fanfiction stories that contain homosexual relationships between characters--and it is usually between men. 'Yaoi' and 'shonen-ai' are essentially the same thing in Japanese anime, with yaoi referring to explicit sexual relationships between two men in a story and shonen-ai referring to non-explicit "boy-love". Though some of the stories are simple romance, or only contain implications of slash, many stories will contain explicit sexual content and will be rated as such: NC-17. By choosing to read an NC-17 you are declaring that you are a legal adult in your area.
